Shipping Policies :

Most in-stock items will ship within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Please allow for Time in Transit after your order has shipped. Orders placed before 12:00pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will begin processing the next business day. We strive to fulfill all orders in a timely manner.

Customers may determine their exact shipping charges by using our shipping calculator which can be found at the bottom of the shopping cart page. Simply enter the ship to zip code to receive the exact shipping charges for the items in the shopping cart. This can be done before any payment or personal information is entered. *Shipping charges may not calculate for certain items in our store please see the following oversize notice for details.

Special Notice For Oversize Orders - This store uses real-time shipping rates based on item weight and package dimensions. Should your order exceed UPS/Fedex size or weight limits, you will be unable to view shipping charges for your order. You may still place your order without the shipping charges included. Oversize Ground Must Be Selected As The Shipping Method To Proceed With The Order. Orders placed in this manner will receive an email containing detailed shipping charges to the shipping destination within 24 hours. This email must be replied to and the total charges accepted before the order is processed and the credit card is charged. Thank you.

It is our company policy to keep shipping charges as reasonable as possible. UPS and Fedex are used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS or Fedex size or weight limits, Common Carrier/Freight will be selected to facilitate your delivery.*

International orders may be placed through this website, however you will be contacted via email with an order total including international shipping charges, for your review prior to processing your order and charging your credit card.

Online orders will receive an email confirmation and will also receive an email notification containing tracking information once your order has shipped.

Cancellation Policies :

Please contact our customer service department for order cancellations. Orders that are cancelled prior to shipping will receive a full credit of the entire purchase amount. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have shipped. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.

Return Policy :

Returns must be made within 3 business days of receipt of shipment. The returned products must be in the original packaging and in brand new condition. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. Please contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA number. This is a necessary step that will help to expedite the return process. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Additional fees may apply for certain items. Custom built to order items are non-cancelable, non- returnable and non-refundable. Patio Palm Trees reserves the right not to accept any returns and/or offer any refunds for custom made or built to order items.

Shipment Claims :

In the unlikely event of a damaged shipment, if damage is present you must note the damage before signing a delivery confirmation and notify Patio Palm Trees immediately. If severe damage is evident, please refuse the shipment and contact Patio Palm Trees immediately.

* Ups/Fedex may release certain packages at front door if recipient is unavailable to sign for them. This constitutes package delivery and order fulfillment. Purchaser assumes all risk of package security after documented driver release. Patio Palm Trees will not be responsible for any package issues/discrepancies after documented driver release.*

Clearance Items : All sales of clearance items are final. Clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Clearance items are of premium designer quality and are inspected to be free from defect unless otherwise noted on the sale item page. Clearance items are expertly packed in the same manner as regular catalog items to ensure safe delivery.
